Dr. Donald
Roe, is an archivist and subject area expert in the Special Media
Archives Services Division of the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) who
also teaches courses in Howard Universitys Department of History. He is president of
NARAs Afro-American History Society and a member of several archival
and historical organizations. His research
interests include the history of the District of Columbia, the impact of sports in
American history and the Vietnam War. Dr. Roes most recent article,
"Documenting the Changing Lives of Women through NARAs Motion Picture
Holdings," appears in the Summer 1999 issue of Prologue: Quarterly of the National
Archives and Records Administration. |

Dr. Clifford L. Muse, Jr., University
Archivist at Howard University, is a specialist in the development and history of the
University. He is co-author, with Thomas C. Battle, of Howard In Retrospect: Images of
the Capstone. Dr. Muse is a member of several archival organizations. |
